Restoration Approach

Assessment

 

A CHURCH GC team member will arrive to the Church and assess the property. The most commonly damaged items include roofs, gutters, windows, AC units, exterior or interior walls. The entire property is surveyed for damage. We carefully record our findings with photographs and notes. We will honestly report our findings and report to you if there has been damage.

Assessment Report

 

If damage is present and extensive, we will work quickly to compile a “storm damage assessment report.” This report should be presented to your insurance company and claim should be filed

Claim Meeting

 

Once you have filed a claim with the insurance company, an insurance adjuster will set an appointment to assess the church building. CHURCH GC will meet with your insurance adjuster onsite to walk the property with him/her and review the findings.

Adjusters Report

 

The insurance adjuster will create an estimate of damages and this will be directly compared to CHURCH GC’s estimate. A team member ensures that all of the damaged items are included and documented. Price points will be set against market pricing. If there are differences, your CHURCH GC Restoration Specialist is trained to work with the insurance company to resolve inconsistencies.

Building Restoration

 

A CHURCH GC team member will be assigned to your project. Once the work begins, CHURCH GC fulfills the role of General Contractor and manages the restoration process. Your project will be managed efficiently and professionally. Your Restoration Specialist will communicate all pertinent details and serve you until the project is completed.
